The Intelligent Commissioning Federation (ICOF) is a not-for profit organisation set up by GP's based in the Ladywood, Aston and part of Sparkbrook areas of Birmingham. Our objective is to ensure that clinicians collaboratively seek to improve primary care and deliver exemplary patient-centred services in our localities.
